GE Capital has gone through a branding change to Synchrony Financial, but the only thing about the service that is changing is the name and logo of the financial organization. Payments and accounts will remain exactly the same.
GE Capital (Synchrony) Online Bill Payment
If you were previously an accountholder with GE Money before the brand transitioned to Synchrony, you will not have to recreate your online account with the financial institution. However, if you have yet to create your account at all, you can access the forms required to make one by going to mysynchrony.com and clicking the “Register” link near the “Consumer Center Login” area. After following that link, you will be asked to input various pieces of information that relate to who you are and the credit line that you are creating the account for. Once finished, you will be able to log in and make payments on your credit account as follows:

- At the top of the page, enter your user name and password into the boxes to the right of “Consumer Center Login”
- Click the “Remember me” box to save your user name
- Click the “Go” button
- Under the “Quick Links” header, click “Payments”
- Select a payment amount
- Input your checking account information
- Click where it says “Submit payment for review”
- Finalize the payment and write your confirmation number down
