When they first hit the mass market in the 1990s, cell phones were nearly as big as old-school phone receivers. Since their inception, they both shrunk and grown to accommodate current technology trends, and most now feature a screen large enough to even watch movies on or even perform video calls in addition to traditional audio conversations. In short, today’s cellphones can perform functions and tasks not dissimilar to what most modern computers and do.
Whether it’s browsing the Internet, streaming music, or even playing a fun video game, there’s nothing today’s phones can’t do. Now, to even use their cell phones as they were designed to be used, consumers have to sign up for sometimes expensive monthly plans, which offer various options and features depending on pricing, and this usually also comes with a contract of some description. These contracts are legally binding, and often come with penalties or fees for early termination.
But there are other companies and cell phone providers who extend an offer to buy out a contract from a rival. In this article we’re going to be talking about one of those companies in particular: US Cellular. We’ll be showing you where to go to access and redeem the US Cellular contract buyout form, located at uscellular.com/contractpayoff, and what you need to do to fill it out. In addition, we’ll show you where to go to log into the US Celluar members section so you can manage your new account. It’ll be a simple two-step process.
