Orchard Bank was recently procured by Capital One. That being the case, you will have to make your payment through the popular online financial institution instead of Orchard Bank’s old contact information.
Online Payments for Orchard Bank Credit Cards
Since all of the management of Orchard Bank credit card accounts have been sent to Capital One, the normal orchardbank.com pay bill site is really only useful in linking you to a few sites to help with the transition. The first link they offer up is one that will help you enroll in Capital One’s services, which you can get to by clicking here. The next link will take you to a special Capital One Login that allows you to link any previous Capital One account you might have to the Orchard Bank credit card. The last two links are one to hellocapitalone.com, which is a help site, and another that takes you directly to Capital One’s homepage.
Once you have an account with them, simply log in and follow the website’s directions to make your payment.
Option 2: Pay an Orchard Bank Credit Card Bill Over the Phone
To make a payment over the phone on an Orchard Bank credit card through Capital One, you will have to call the company’s customer service line, which can be reached by dialing its number at (800) CAPITAL or (800) 227-4852. When calling to submit a payment over the phone, you should have your credit card available and be ready to answer a couple of personal questions which are used to identify you are the actual accountholder. Making payments over the phone will sometimes take a couple of days to process, so it is usually best to use this as a payment option only when there are a few days left before the actual due date on the account. Otherwise, you should choose to make your payment online.
Make an Orchard Bank Credit Card Payment through the Mail
For those of you who would like to pay your Orchard Bank bill through the mail, you are going to have to get a personal check, cashier’s check or a money order made out to Capital One and have your account number written either in the memo area of the payment or somewhere in the empty space near the top of the check or money order. When you are ready to mail out the payment to Capital One, go to their Credit Card Payment Wizard and enter the requested information from your credit card to determine where you should send the card’s payment to. Make sure that you send your payment at least five business days before it is due to ensure that Capital One can receive and process it in time.
