Midcontinent Communications (https://midcocomm.com/) is a cable access provider that is available in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. They offer a handful of ways that you can use to make a payment toward your account, and they are all fairly customer friendly. To make a payment toward your account balance, choose the method below that you would like to use and follow the directions given to complete the transaction.
Note: Other than the mail-in payment at the bottom of this page, you can make a payment using any of the other methods listed here up to and on the day that the payment is actually due and not have to worry about incurring any kind of late fees or suspension of service.
Option 1: Pay Midcontinent Communications Online (Sign In)
You can control your account and make payments online, but you will first have to register a login account through the website. You can do this by going to the account creation forms: https://midcocomm.com/MyAccount/Registration/ and filling them out with all of the required information. After you have this all set up, go to the Midcontinent Communications login page: https://midcocomm.com/Login/Default.aspx and use your new user name and password to sign in to the site.
After you have signed in, you will be in the “Current Bills” section of the login area. Find the bill that you would like to make a payment toward, and then click the “PAY BILL” link on the right hand side of the page that corresponds to that specific bill. Alternatively, you can select multiple bills using the checkmarks on the left side of the screen, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “PAY SELECTED” button.
In either case, you will be taken to a payment form where you will enter how much you are going to pay, the date that you would like the payment to take place and choose or input a payment method. Then, all you have to do is click the “SUBMIT” button and verify your details before finalizing the transaction.
Option 2: Midcontinent Communications Online Payment with EZ-Pay (No Sign In)
To make a one-time online payment for your Midcontinent Communications account balance, you can head over to the midcomm.com ezpay page: https://secure8.i-doxs.net/Midcontinent/OneTimeValidate.aspx On that page, you can make your payment by typing in your account number and entering in the validation code shown on the screen, then click Continue.
After typing in the account number and validation code, you will be asked how much you would like to pay and with what method you wish to submit your payment. This will lead to a page which asks you to enter all of the information that the company needs to process your payment whether you choose to use bank transfer, e-check, debit card or credit card to make a payment toward the balance on your account. Once you have put in all of the requisite details, submit the payment. You will be shown one more screen which will ask you to verify the details of your bill pay submission, which, once you agree that everything is as you want it to be, will finalize your payment.
Option 3: Midcontinent Communications Payments Over the Phone
If you want to make a payment over the phone for your Midcontinent Communications cable account, you can do so by calling the company’s customer service hotline. This number is (800) 888-1300. When calling to submit your payment over the phone, make sure that you have your personal and account information handy as well as the details regarding the payment method of your choosing as having all of this information available beforehand will help make the process go by much smoother for you. When you call, simply pay attention to the prompts given by their automated menu system to get to the billing section and follow the directions from there.
Option 4: Pay Your Midcontinent Communications Bill through the Mail
For those of you who wish to make a payment with a check or money order for your Midcontinent Communications bill, you can do so by sending in a cashier’s check, money order or personal check. This will need to be made out to Midcontinent Communications and should have your account number written somewhere on the paper payment itself. Once you have set the amount that you wish to pay on the payment, you can mail it to the following address:

When sending your bill payment in using this method, we recommend that you mail it at least five business days before it is actually due.
