Option 1: Online Payments
There are two online payment options available for Metro PCS customers. The first is a standard login that will take you to an account overview and the second is their express pay feature that will allow you to quickly pay your bill without going through a dashboard. Both can be reached at the Metro PCS Bill Pay screen. When entering your information to pay your bill, you can either choose to sign in to your account or not, and both options lead to you being able to make your payment online. Simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transaction.
Option 2: Pay Bill by Phone
For those of you who wish to pay a Metro PCS bill over the phone, there are two of options available to you. First, on your phone supplied through the company, you can dial *99 and follow the prompts to complete your payment. Second, if you are calling from another line, you can call the Metro PCS customer service line by dialing (888) 8-metro-8 (869-2168).
Option 3: Make an in-person Payment
If you would like to make your payment in person on a Metro PCS bill, you can do so in a number of ways. The first, and probably most obvious, is by visiting any Metro PCS store or authorized retailer. You can find the nearest one to you by going to the company’s store locator. Once in the store, you can either pay your bill at the counter through a representative or by using one of the store’s 24-hour payment machines. There is also a drop box at most Metro PCS stores that you can slip your payment into.

Option 4: Mail in Your Metro PCS Bill Payment
When mailing your payment in on a Metro PCS bill, get a check or a money order made out to Metro PCS and write your account number on it. Then, mail it to the following address:
