Toledo Edison is an energy provider that provides electricity to a portion of Ohio’s residents. You can make a payment on your account with them by following the directions in whichever of your preferred payment methods is discussed below.
Option 1: Pay by Phone

Option 2: Pay through the Mail
To make a payment through the mail, make a check or money order out to Toledo Edison and write your account number on it. Mail it to the following address:

Option 3: Online Payments
For online payments, you will have to go through the registration process at the Register for Online Account page where you will enter your account information and make selections based on your preferences for how you would like your account through Toledo Edison to behave. This includes options like eBilling (paperless billing), setting your login details and more. With your account set up for online access, you will be ablet o view your billing history, make payments online, view your energy usage history and more.
To make an online payment for your Toledo Edison account and you have already created your log in information, follow these directions:
- Go to the Toledo Edison bill pay login page
- Input your user name and password
- Click the “Log In” button
- Place your mouse pointer over the “My Account” tab at the top of the page and click the “Pay My Bill” option
- Choose whether you would like to pay using check or card
- Select how much to pay toward your energy bill
- Enter the details for your chosen payment type
- Submit the payment and verify that the details are correct to finalize it
Option 4: Set Up Automatic Credit Card Payments
You can enroll in the Automatic Credit Card Payment Program to make payments on your account balance by enrolling in the service either online by logging in as described in Bill Pay Option 3 or by calling the Toledo Edison customer service line at (866) 569-4770. As you may have surmised from the name of the program, this payment method will automatically withdraw your payment every month until you cancel the service. Option 5: Make an In-person Payment
If you need to make a payment using cash for the transaction, the only way you can do so is by going to an authorized agent and submitting it in person.
