Step 1: Enroll
To get started on your BNY Mellon online banking, you will first need to enroll in the service. This is a quick and simple process with only a few steps. First, open your preferred web browser and navigate to bnymellon.com. When you reach the home page, click the link that says “Client Access” near the right side of the page.

On the next page, scroll down and click the “Access Private Workbench” link in the middle section of the page.
You will then want to find and click the button that says “Enroll Now” on the Private Workbench page. You will then be presented with a page that contains a series of checkboxes, and you will need to check the “Private Banking” checkbox. Follow any further instructions on the following pages and you will complete your enrollment.
If you have a BNY Mellon location in your city, you can also enroll there if you choose to. After you complete online enrollment, you may receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to click in order to finalize your account.
Step 2: Sign On To Online Banking
After you have completed your online enrollment, you can then sign onto BNY Mellon’s e-banking services and manage your finances from the comfort of your home or office. To do that, simply navigate your preferred web browser to the website https://bnymellon.ebanking-services.com and you’ll see a page with two information boxes. Simply fill in your Company ID and User ID into their respective boxes and click “Continue”. It is a good idea to keep your information in a safe and secure place that you can access easily in case you forget it.
